The idyllic apartment from Steinbock Lodges is located directly on the shore of Lake Zell and features its own garden and direct access to the lake. If you book this apartment, the Zell am See Kaprun summer card with many discounts is included from 15 May to 31 October. In winter you can use the ski room with ski boot heaters and heated drying racks for your ski clothing.

Not far from Waterfront Apartment 1 you will find excellent restaurants, all with cosy terraces and beautiful views of Lake Zell. To get to the centre of Zell am See, you can either take the bus (departures every hour, bus stop nearby), the boat or the car. A beautiful promenade runs around the lake, ideal for running, biking and walking.



Leisure activities:



In winter, you can head straight up behind the town centre to the excellent slopes of Schmittenhöhe, Zell am See's local mountain. In summer, the extensive hiking trails and cycling routes that start in the middle of the town will take you up into the mountains. On guided hikes and themed trails, you will learn a lot about the region and the local flora and fauna! Right on the lake, you will not only find a spectacular mountain view, but also numerous opportunities for water sports from diving to sailing. If you prefer something more relaxed, you can also take an excursion boat across the lake and enjoy the panorama. The centre of Zell am See welcomes you in summer and winter with top-class restaurants and many colourful shops, boutiques and stores for a shopping spree.
