One of the bedrooms features a snug full bed topped with new memory foam mattress, designed for utmost comfort. The second bedroom offers a cozy single bed. And, there is one bathroom with a tub. The property has a level landscape, ensuring easy access and off-street parking.
Guest Access
You enter the home through the side door - there is a ramp and steps. This entrance guides you through the mud/laundry room and into the heart of the home—the kitchen. Here, a wealth of amenities awaits, including a new fridge with an ice maker, a microwave, stove, oven, and even a crockpot, catering to your every need. You also have a washer and dryer on-site.
Make yourself comfortable throughout the entire house; it's all yours to enjoy. Central heating and air conditioning guarantee your comfort, complemented by ceiling fans to keep the ambiance just right. Your journey to relaxation and homely bliss begins here.

Inclusion of a washer and dryer was a nice perk, though we did not use them. Home was dusty, dirt in corners, cobwebs on ceiling fan chains. House was musty smelling and windows were painted shut. Stuffy to sleep in. Way too much bric-a-brack and junk (stuff in drawers). Water pressure in shower was sad because the stopper let half of the water escape from shower head. I am not a complainer, but people should be able to do better than this. Just box up all the “decor” and focus on cleaning.
