The Shopkeeper's Oasis is a property on the state historic register right in the center of downtown Bennington. The former home of some of Bennington's most popular businesses, it has been converted into a lux apartment that fits the age of the property. Tastfully appointed with a mixture of locally antiques and artifacts collected over a lifetime.
Located mere steps from restaurants, shops, and breweries. Just a short drive to Mt Snow, Bromley, Stratton and Prospect Mountains.
This property is home to Haberdasher Wine and Provisions on the main floor, and the entire second floor is dedicated to the VBRO. Enjoy plenty of peace and privacy, while still being close to all the amenities that downtown Bennington has to offer.

Convenient location, easy access to restaurants and shops. Nice to have two separate bedrooms both with large comfy beds and nice modern shower.

Wonderful location with awesome hosts, clean rooms and everything we needed for a first time visit to Vermont. With very easily walkable shopping (don’t miss the shop below the room!) and excellent options this was an unforgettable experience for us. We are very thankful to have stayed here! We definitely recommend!
