We had an excellent time at the villa. It is perfectly secluded with beach front views and an easy few steps to an amazing beach. The only thing we would change is NOT going to Manuel Antonio because you can see nearly all the wildlife on/near the property. We had sloths, spider monkeys, scarlet macaws, and lizards/iguanas all around us. If you can tolerate the 3-4 hour trip from SJO, this villa is unmatched.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa with our multigenerational group (ages 8–73). The home was spotless, safe, and thoughtfully laid out, with very comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, and the ocean view was incredible. We loved watching monkeys play in the trees and even spotted a sloth napping in a coconut tree right from the villa.The location was excellent—Manuel Antonio, Nauyaca Falls, and Rainmaker Park were all within an hour. Flory was attentive and responsive, and our group had an amazing surf lesson with Flory’s Surf School right in front of the villa.A true highlight was Chef Leo, who prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners. Being able to enjoy amazing meals together without cooking or cleaning made the experience especially relaxing.This villa was the perfect setting for an unforgettable family trip, and we would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I hosted a 4-night creativity, art and music, retreat at this amazing place and it worked perfectly. We were 14 people (we rented this full villa and the 'owner's villa' next to it.) The location is breathtaking. Literally steps from a beautiful beach that we more or less had to ourselves. The ocean here is perfect for swimming and splashing around. We had visits from Capuchin monkeys, a sloth, and many beautiful birds and iguanas. The rooms are amazing and all our guest were very happy with the accommodations. The upstairs master bedroom is incredible. We hired Karla to make our lunches and dinners and her cooking was delicious and varied with lots of local fruits, vegetables and flavors. We worked with her to create the menu and it exceeded expectations. The villa is close to a little store that is well stocked for most anything. We also worked with Flory to coordinated transportation and scheduling and she is a joy to work with. The owners were very responsive as well. This is a fantastic place to stay and we hope to be back!
