Loved the complex and the unit. A nice ocean view from the lanai, close to the pool and the beach, comfy king bed, ac in bedroom and living room, washer/dryer in unit. Met all of our needs.

We enjoyed our stay there. Nice place in a great location, except for the rooster outside that was up at 5am every day crowing! It's impossible to sleep with that racket!

We spent about six days/nights here and by the time we left, we felt like we were leaving home. Cozy, temperate, everything we could need on vacation (practical and otherwise), a small porch with a gorgeous view we took our coffee on in the mornings and beers in the afternoons: fantastic. Great location/parking too. (We never got to the pool but were glad it was there.) We hope to get back soon.

We have been staying at KKN for years and have even stayed in this unit (before it went to a rental agency). You absolutely cannot beat the location in building #2. It offers a beautiful lawn for the kids to play, lanai ocean views, and access to the beach literally steps away. Overall, it is a nice clean condo that will exceed your expectations while on Maui. However, I do want to mention that this place is quite dated and needs some updates. The front door was easy to access with a new door keypad (which was nice), however there was no dead lock, so we were always worried the front door wasn't locked. The bedroom had no ceiling fan or light, but it had a light switch?.. It was always tricky to find the single lamp in the corner in the dark. The bathroom was actually pretty dirty and the toilet needs replaced (doesn't flush correctly). I ended up cleaning it and buying a nice floor mat (not provided), which helped. The towels were all mismatched (which is fine) and no beach towels were provided (We bought some and left them there :)) The kitchen was nice, and had everything we needed. However it was a collection of random mismatched kitchen items that mostly appeared to be from what others had left behind. There was literally a total of 5 forks, but 20+ spoons, and random plastic containers with missing lids for left overs. We ended up using our friends kitchen more often, just because they had nice new, quality kitchen items to cook with. All the windows need cleaning, and the sliding door needs replaced or fixed. The sliding screen was impossible to keep on the rails and had to be lifted to slide. This is a great little place and it has everything you need to get you by, just nothing fancy like many of the other updated units have to offer.
