Nice property, clean and plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet and location was good to get to the airport and easy access to low traffic 4 lane highways to get anywhere you need to get to in the Des Moines area with minimal hassle.

Very clean and spacious. Good location to downtown. Very comfortable home. Would recommend and would stay again!!

Pleasant neighborhood, easy access to downtown. It was comfortable enough. This could be a phenomenal place with a little better housekeeping and attention to detail. It was very reasonably priced and I imagine a family would love the basement game room. The owner was responsive to text and email communication.Six lightbulbs were burned out. We had to scavenge bulbs and lamps from other rooms in order to have bedside lamps. I did not receive a welcome/instruction letter until after check-in time. I was able to get in because the address and door code was on the vrbo site. It was not as clean as I am used to seeing at other vrbo properties. There was lots of food crumbs in the kitchen drawers, the oven was dirty and the ceiling fans had visible dust build up on the blades. Only 1 kitchen towel and washcloth for a 3 night stay.
