The host is very commutative and answers questions fast, also our flight was delayed due to severe weather and didn’t arrive at the property until after 1am and the host was still waiting for us at the property to greet us and hand us the keys. The property is located close to downtown Santa Ana on the quieter side of town. It also has a mango and banana tree which is a plus for shade and it was mango season .

Excellent place, very peaceful!

Lovely, spacious home with basic essentials. While there is no AC there are fans provided. I slept in the Downstairs bedroom and it did not get too hot. I really appreciated the quick communication. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and quite cute. Would stay again.

We arrived later in the evening. The owner was very accommodating and met us at the property with our keys and let us in. The house is beautiful and spacious. Enough space to relax and inside parking so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. Everything you need is available including towels, dishes ,coffeemaker,refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.It was nice having a washing machine as well.The hot water was a bonus! We will definitely be recommending this property to our family and friends as we will return. The location of the property was great as well. There is a little store right across the street with a pupuseria. The neighborhood is very quiet.The owners were very easy to communicate with .The only thing that could be added is air conditioning for the hotter months, but we were comfortable with the fans.
