About this apartment rental
Our SECOND HOME beach apartment is truly designed as a second home. A place to where we can escape from the world and reconnect with ourselves. It has all the amenities one needs, like a comfortable living room, high quality mattress and linens, cozy sitting on the terrace to watch the sunset, fully equipped kitchen, and airconditioning in each room. It is located just two houses away from the beautiful white sand beach of Simpson Bay.
This apartment is an ideal getaway for two people. It is located on the third floor which gives a nice view and undisturbed experience. The entire apartment is designed for resting, rejuvenating and fun. The mattress and the linens on the bed are comfortable and with the door open to the terrace, and the sunshine coming in, it makes it a wonderful place to stay. The living room area is just as comfortable and refreshing. And when you get tired from all this relaxing, the beach and the crystal clear water is right there for you. The beach is almost 2 miles long so apart from swimming it is ideal for long walks and runs. There are 3 different bars/restaurants on the way so you do not even need your shoes to go for breakfast/lunch/dinner or a drink. On top of that there is about 20 different restaurants in the area so you never have to go far for a nice meal and every day you can choose a different place. This apartment and its location is really ideal place to forget about the world and rejuvenate. To complete this wonderful experience of leisure I would also recommend a visit to a spa. If you decide to stay in this home I really hope you will find it here as beautiful as we do and that it will bring you plenty of joy, rest and some new energy and inspiration. It has been working this way for us.

Such a great spot to stay! So close to the beach and sun and sand. Also close to town to walk to restaurants. The place is spacious and clean and bright. We had everything we needed and there are thoughtful touches around the place. The bedroom has a door which gives more privacy if someone is working in the living room. Love that you can just roll over in bed and see the ocean from the window. We absolutely loved this place! There are stairs to get to it but if you’re fine with stairs, it’s not an issue.

This is a fantastic vacation apartment in Simpson Bay. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes from the bustle of the restaurants, clubs, and the Marina. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The bed is extremely comfortable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay, and wish only that we had booked it for even more time on the island. Simona is a top-notch host.

The location was perfect for walking a couple minutes to a not crowded beach and bringing the beach chairs. Also could walk to restaurants. The rental was well equipped and comfortable. We stayed for 5 weeks and would definitely recommend. Host was great at communicating and helping us if we needed information.The stairs only added some difficulty when we first got there and hauling all our luggage up. But once we had it figured when we were leaving we took it down a bit at a time and just left it inside the gate. We felt it was secure there.

Simona's 1BR is a lovely place to stay near the beach. Simpson Bay Beach is not busy or crowded, but it has a long, wide stretch of smooth white sand and beautiful turquoise water. The apartment is less than 2 minutes walk away. Simona has included two beach chairs and an umbrella, so you have everything you need, and picking up supplies is easy with several small grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. The area felt safe, and the long balcony provided a wonderful place to spend the morning or evening hours when the hot sun was not out. Simona was friendly, quick to respond and provided all kinds of information. The apartment was well supplied with everything you need.
We loved our 9 days here.
