NOTE: The building asks for a Homevy team member to be present at your first check-in, so please share your arrival time with us at least 48 hours ahead. Occasionally building security waves guests straight up instead, and we`ll confirm either way nearer the date. Check-ins after 8:00 PM carry a 300 AED late arrival fee. After that first check-in, you come and go as you please.

1. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times out of respect for other residents and neighbours.

2. Parties and Gatherings
Parties or gatherings are not permitted. Any signs of parties on the premises warrants a fine of 1,000 AED.

3. Pets
Small pets are welcome, one pet per booking. Please tell us in advance and let us know the breed, so we can note it on your reservation. A pet fee of 500 AED per stay applies.

4. Smoking
This property is non-smoking, including shisha. Please note that the fine for smoking on the property is 1,000 AED.

5. Damages
Please treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6. Occupancy Limits
As indicated in your booking, the property has a strict occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

7. Security
For your safety, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure that valuables are secured.
