The Layout:
This isn’t your typical cookie-cutter rental. Island Breeze Villa features a rare layout with two independent living and kitchen spaces. This allows your group to spread out, enjoy private meals, or gather all together for movie nights. With 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, there is no more waiting in line for the shower after a long day at the beach.
Disclaimer: Due to recent storms there are some pending repairs for the home. You may see some areas in closets that are discolored or incomplete work

We want our guests to feel at home, which means we keep it real: This is an older, well-loved property that has hosted many happy families over the years. You will notice areas of "character" and wear and tear that come with a high-traffic vacation home. It is not a "luxury" or "modern" high-end build, but it is a clean, safe, and fully functional space where everything works as it should.
Private Pool & Amenities:
The Pool: Enjoy your own private backyard pool—a perfect spot for the kids to splash while the adults grill nearby.
The Pool Room: Off the pool area is a small, private "pool room." While this space is functional and provides a great transition from the water to the house, please note it is a simple utility space that is currently awaiting future updates.
Location: You are just a 5-minute walk (approx. 1 block) from the soft sands of South Padre Island
Parking: No need to worry about street parking; we offer dedicated space for up to 5 vehicles.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.

Amazing location!!! The listing was deceptive though as it read like it was an entire house. It is actually 3 separate units with a pool and garage in common. For a large group with lots of children it was not ideal as kids/parents had to be separated in different units.1 of the bedrooms is actually outside the building, and totally isolated from the rest. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay though. The location is absolutely perfect!

Stayed a week at the property, the location was perfect we weren't far from anything at all! The only issue I have ia that the listing pictures did not reflect the parts of the actual property which was disappointing. The pictures for the listing are on the older side there is now apartments on both sides,which is not the issue, the backyard/pool area is not as big an spacious as the pictures made it seem to be the pool en suite is more like an old storage room that was converted into a bedroom with a bathroom, whoever did the conversion did a great job but the location is rather lacking with it being 8ish feet from the ac units in front of the door. You must go through the garage to get to the rest of the apartments, the gentlemen at check out said it was a hallway, the front door to the downstairs apartment wouldn't close all the way due to the humidity causing the door to separate. To get the the upstairs apartment you have to go up the stairs inside the garage which parts of the railing hand what appeared to be mold growing on them and it leads to an enclosed balcony, you cannot open the french doors or windows and parts of the sheet rock and holes in them. The upstairs bathtub the first night drained very slowly I texted about the door downstairs and the bathtub and they came out the next day and they were taken care of. The renovations on the apartments were very nice but I do suggest to the host to be clearer on the actual property and stop giving guests the run around
