Karen's home was incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was very unique and very large. My family including my husband and 3 grown children all had plenty of space to spread out. We were in town for a wedding and had a little down time between events. We were within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. We caught the free street car at the end of the road and saw many other sights.The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Karen was the best host and answered all questions promptly. She even left us snacks, coffee pods, and some beverages. My kids thought that was amazing!! The house had a sense of history too. There were some pictures with some insight to that history which was a great touch. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and linens.I can't say anything negative!! Overall great stay!!

A group of women stayed at Frazier Guest House for the Flying Pig Marathon. We kitchen was big enough for us to gather and we even cooked a meal on the wonderful gas stove/oven. The host, Karen, was extremely kind and accessible to answer all of our questions. She left us a basket of snacks and k-cups to use during our stay. The house is right in the OTR and we were able to walk or use the connector to get everywhere. We walked to the races and expo with no issue. I would recommend this house and host if you find yourself in Cincinnati. Would definitely stay there again.

Our host was wonderful to work with! The house was exceptional! We hope to plan another visit this summer!
