About this chalet rental
Charming chalet located in the village resort of Flumet, in a cul-de-sac lined with pretty chalets, quiet, with panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range and the village of Saint-Nicolas-La-Chapelle. Privileged location in the Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. Ski slopes at 1.5 km: Espace Diamant, 192 km ski area. Megève less than 10 minutes away; Geneva 1 hour 15 minutes away.
• On the first floor: living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped semi-open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, espresso coffee machine without pod, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, food processor/blender, raclette machine, fondue set...). Extension of the kitchen with bar. WC with washbasin.
• On the 1st floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms (20 m2 with 160 x 200 cm bed with private shower room - 16 m2 with 160 x 200 cm bed - 12 m2 with 2 twin beds 90 x 200 cm), each equipped with a television. Bathroom with bath. Separate toilet.
• On the garden level: technical room with washing machine and dryer. You also have a closed and heated room for skis, bicycles and motorbikes. Free parking.
Ideal location for winter and summer (skiing, hiking, cycling) on different massifs (Aravis, Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Mont-Blanc...).
