If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.
Due to bylaws and permit restrictions, the house and property are solely intended for registered guests. THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ANY GIVEN TIME, CANNOT EXCEED 6 PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY, AND/OR INSIDE THE HOUSE. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet time is 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of the neighbors.
Parking is restricted to 2 vehicles.

The property was just as describe. It was well maintained. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The tv was not user friendly for my mom and dad who are older. Overall I would recommend this house to everyone and will stay again when I come back to Maui.

We greatly enjoyed the house as well as the amenities. The backyard is beautiful. We took full advantage of the deck, pool, and hot tub. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that we couldn’t get the living room TV to work well. We couldn’t use Netflix but couldn’t watch live sporting events. We did have another TV in the master bedroom that worked well.

Our family loved this house. The backyard and pool were definitely the highlight for us.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The backyard is the shining feature of this property. Beautiful pool and spa and outdoor rock feature. The inside is very dated with brown carpet and stained dining chairs etc. If you are used to higher end home rentals may not be satisfied with the interior given the cost of the unit. The kitchen had most of the supplies needed to cook a good meal. All appliances worked. The washer and dryer worked well and the bed was comfortable. The towels were older and had a mildew odor when wet so had to wash them daily. The management company was great and responsive.— city power went out one day briefly and they were super helpful. You can see the ocean in the distance which was nice.
