The property provided a cozy accommodation in a neighborhood setting about 10 minutes from the Plaza de Armas.Rosa was very responsive when messaged and the room was perfect for my trip.

We stayed here for 27 nights and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Communication from the hosts was poor throughout our stay, making it difficult to resolve issues in timely manner when they arose.
The room we were given was not the room we originally booked, which was frustrating from the start. Housekeeping was also lacking. Despite staying nearly a month, we were only offered a room cleaning and fresh linens after almost three weeks had passed.
To make matters worse, after the cleaning was completed, a condom was left beside the bed which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, and the lack of communication, cleanliness issues, and failure to provide the room we booked made for a very disappointing stay.
