Lovely, comfortable room and bath. Room very nicely appointed.
Location is great - walking distance from train station.
Probably one of the nicer rooms in Brive, once you get past the entrance and finally get checked in.
ZERO flexibility on check in or check out times, not even a few minutes. Very dark and unappealing street entrance to elevator to go up to check-in and rooms.
You can’t be sure what type of establishment you are checking in to when you arrive.
Bed pillows need to be replaced, like sleeping on rocks.

We got Family Suite and was quite nice, comfy and spacious. Everything clean and quiet.
Family Suite is the biggest one but is on the rooftop without lift on the last floor and luggage to carry by yourself. Staff was ok but only one person for everything is not enough. Reception was always empty.
Pool was with green water out of service for a long time and garage was at 41 celsius degrees due to the air con stuff was in there, like a sauna.
