All aspects of our stay for over a month were exceptional. The location, which is non-touristic, is great with most of our shopping needs across the street and public transports within a short walking distance. The owner was exceptionally service oriented handling any questions or issues we had right away. We would surely comeback when next in Cancun.

The host was very welcoming and easy to deal with. The suite is nice and clean. The street noise is very loud and is a constant all day and night.

The host was a great help, always ready to be of assistance. There are shops nearby and a shopping mall where you can do your groceries and any other things you intend to purchase.
