This townhome even comes with a rare extra...a kids secret bunk area off the 2nd floor landing, sure to make bed time an easy one. A fantastic location only makes this dream sweeter! A block to the south is the stunning Gulf of Mexico and all its treasures. The soft white sand is waiting for little fingers to make sandcastles and dig for shells while the soothing tides combined with a float create the most comfortable rocking chair you’ve ever sat in. Moreover, within a mile’s radius you’ll find outdoor malls, grocery stores and delicious restaurants. This Destin vacation home may be your dream come true!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Per HOA rules golf carts, scooters, mopeds, and motorcycles are not permitted on the property. Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The house was amazing. Very clean, amenities were awesome. The only issue was the air on the 2nd and 3rd floor was not working. We burned up all night. Other than that, it was perfect!
