It is a nice place that has a big deck to hang out on and grill with a pretty view of the mountains. It is close to Lake Tahoe and restaurants and other fun places.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We had a wonderful time, even though the place was not quite what the pictures showed. Sleeps 9 but only has chairs for 6 at the dinner table. One piece of furniture was in pieces when we arrived, which was irritating, though I didn't mind the scratches on the dining room table. The faucet in the half bath upstairs felt like it would break at any moment when you turned on the water. However, with all that, it was fairly comfortable in the lower half of the house (AC did not work in the upper half) Ours was a summer stay, but this would likely serve the winter residents better as one would spend most of the time on the slopes. With all that was wrong, I would have expected a lower price, but it served our purpose and the kitchen was well supplied (except for the rusty pans) Don't mean to scare you away, because the view of the mountains was delightful from the 20-foot high wobbly deck. Oh yes, and the BBQ was out of fuel. Despite it all we all had fun and found it peaceful and secluded enough.
