Everything was top notch. The home was beautiful and well maintained/ 2 minutes from downtown B'ham but also very close to the suburbs like Homewood and Hoover. Corey was great to work with...even met us at the property when we arrived to give us a tour of the houses. Needed a few minor things and they were at the home in a few hours. Would highly recommend.

Terrific spot for a group trip to this location. 12 guy golf trip to RTJ and this is the perfect setup. Also wound up going to Alabama football game which was an hour away. Very clean and appreciate two different vibes between the houses, all inside once fence line.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen, and the larger home is a bit shabby inside.. E.g., bathrooms, curtains. We loved the pool table.
