Guests enter the Sea La Vie villa by walking up a few exterior stairs to the front door. Once you enter the French-inspired villa, you will find a clean, well-stocked galley-style kitchen; a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people; and a living room with TV & armoire, a queen-sized sofa bed and the back door to the covered porch. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Laundry room is located in the walk-in closet storage area off the foyer. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

We had an excellent week at Sea La Vie! The place was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach! They also are not joking about gators living in the ponds. I enjoyed watching a large gator in the back pond as I drank my morning coffee! We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very nice 2 br 2 ba villa in a great location for an easy walk to the beach and instant access to bike paths. The villa was well stocked with starter items that got us through our 3 night stay. One thing to be aware of is this is a ground level unit with another unit directly above. We had a family with younger kids above us, who ran a lot and slide furniture around throughout the day. Luckily we weren’t inside much but it was fairly disturbing when we were in. Overall a very nice place with good access to everything we wanted.

Carpets were filthy! Mildew smell in master bath. Floors in kitchen and den not clean. Found red skittles , leaves and dirt on floor.Walls are paper thin, you hear everything from other condos.
