Feel luxurious in this beautiful modern ocean view house, located just a 2 min walk from the beach.
Explore the Island and return to enjoy your dinner at our large decking area.

The Space:
Brand new building completed in March 2018. Built with luxury in mind
The main outdoor living area is upstairs with large sliding doors that open up to the large balcony to become one large indoor/outdoor living area, includes 4 burner gas bbq , 2 x sunbathing chairs, large low dining table, seats 8, bar table, seats 4 and small intimate table seats 2. Sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful beach view.

3 Smart TV’s with access to Netflix and the internet.
1 king bed, with luxury posturepedic mattress
2 long singles
2 singles
2 large sofa beds sleep 4 people
Washing machine and dryer
Hairdryers provided
Downstairs rumpus room for kids with board games and television.
Modern bathroom downstairs with separate powder room/toilet.
Upstairs powder room for the guests with large ensuite off master bedroom with two person bath for romantic getaway.
3 min drive to the GP track, 5 min drive to the main town, 8 min drive to Penguin Parade, 2 min walk to the Beach.

The Neighborhood:
This is a residential area so we won't tolerate much noise or parties. There is a coffee shop and a Bottle-O nearby.
The main town is about 5 min drive away.
Getting Around:
We have a bus stop close by the house for people that travel with Public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
All Linen and bath towels are provided for including consumables and bathroom supplies.
If you want to stay active during your holiday, in partnership with Phillip Island Gym we are offering 30% on Casual and Week Passes. Use our code on request.
For a quick wash/dry of clothes, we offer 15% discount at Phillip Island Laundromat. Code on Request.

We had a great stay. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable, and in a really good location that made it easy to get to all the attractions on Phillip Island. Perfect spot for a family getaway, thank you!

Beautiful house. We stayed for work commitments.Working at night we were at the house during the day.The A/C worked a treat in the upstairs living area.I couldn’t get enough cool air into the upstairs bedroom

The house was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Beds were all comfortable and we all appreciated the new linens. Very spacious garage. View of the ocean from the large deck.

Lovely, spacious and perfect position. Surf Beach must be the best kept secret on the Island! This home has lots of space to spread out and kept our teens happy. Beds were comfy and warm and we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach and some gorgeous beach sun sets.
