I liked the onsite parking and the pool. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The sandy beach starts a little away from the facility, short walking distance and is excellent, the ocean was unbeliveable 28 degrees!
The air conditioning unit worked very loudly in our room which is not really the voice you want to hear in the night. The breakfast could have been better, the fruits are delicious however we would have preferred more international content like more toast, butter, cheese etc.

I would highly recommend Villa Osumare Guest House to travellers looking for affordable accommodation with convenient access to the beach and the main attractions in Flic-en-Flac. The property is clean and has a homely atmosphere, and the owners are excellent hosts—very friendly and helpful. The facilities are simple but fully functional.
Some details differ from the Booking photos: the garden is smaller, and reaching the beach requires walking through a park with quite a bit of garbage. There’s no direct ocean access or sunbathing area provided.
Breakfast is good, though more variety would be appreciated during a longer stay.
