The room is clean, updated, and accommodating. Location is excellent. Chris was a great help on check in, which started out stressful and challenging. It would have been nice to just get a code to get in…..we stood outside waiting for entry for at least 15 minutes. The beds could use top sheets added to the beds for additional comfort. Bedroom close to the entry has a ceiling light issue. It’s fine during daylight hours but when it’s dark and you go to bed, the ceiling light goes very lightly on and off, on and off which made sleeping feel like there is a low voltage strobe light in there. Not good. I reported it to management but no fix was done. Bathrooms are all very nice. Water pressure is good. We had no hot water at first but we discovered that someone had turned off the circuit breaker. Once turned on, no problem Water backs up in 2 of the 3 showers, probably drains need cleaning. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had a safe. Tour was nice. Guide and driver were very nice and we saw a lot of attractions although their English was a bit challenging. We still rate it as a very nice apartment overall. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member. Above info is meant to help managers improve the experience to a higher level of satisfaction.

Great place for our party of 6. It was clean and in a great location! Had everything we needed, including assistance with airy transport. We would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful apartment right in the center of where you want to be in Athens. We could easily walk to the Acropolis and excellent restaurants for dinner. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We would love to come stay here again.

The entire process was great with the company and the home was perfect BUT the upstairs neighbor stomps around and doesn’t sleep and their dog starts barking at midnight and doesn’t stop. We thought maybe this would stop after the first night but we were there for three nights and it never changed! It was almost impossible to fall asleep, or stay asleep. If it wasn’t for them the stay would have been great. We shared our feedback with the comp y and they said they would investigate for upcoming guests so maybe it will get better but for us it was tough. The neighbor really made it unpleasant ;(
