Wine to Water is a spacious three-story home with 90 feet of private Keuka Lake frontage, perfect for families and friends looking for both relaxation and adventure.
Inside, the main floor features an open living space with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with a fireplace, and a covered porch with lake views. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, including a twin-over-queen bunk that's great for kids. The lower level offers the ultimate entertainment space with a pool table, wet bar, TV, fireplace, and extra sleeping space.
Outside, enjoy multiple patios, a seasonal hot tub, a gas grill, and a private lakefront just across a quiet road. The permanent dock is perfect for boating, while the natural shallow-entry beach and kayak make it easy to enjoy the water.
Located just five miles from Hammondsport, you'll be close to wineries, breweries, shops, and restaurants, with breathtaking sunsets waiting for you each evening.

The hot tub is not available between December and April. Temperature may vary seasonally.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Four couples enjoyed all the house provided. The kayaks, pool table, and hot tub were used. We loved the deck and sat out there early mornings and evenings. The big dining table provided us plenty of space for late evening board games. Close to plenty of vineyards, and just a short drive to Watkins Glen. Thank you!

This is a great place with all the amenities that you’d need! It’s spacious layout, 3 separate bathrooms, pool table with big TV, jacuzzi, and fire pit provided us with plenty of living space and lots to do. Even though you need to walk down several steps to get to the lake, it’s wonderful having private lake access and your own dock to use. The covered porches with hammock made sitting outside nice. Everything was clean and professionally provided. I would rent here again!!

Great space for a group. We stayed with three couples and each couple had their own bathroom and plenty of privacy since we all had our own “level”. Great spaces to hang out inside and out. We didn’t use the hot tub due to poor weather. Kitchen was well stocked and the house is well maintained and charming with interesting items and art throughout. Finding the house was a bit tricky as the GPS brings you to the back side of the house down by the lake. The parking is actually up off route 54. The driveway and stairs are steep! We counted about 52 steps to get from the lowest level of the house down to the water. We would consider staying again in the future.
