This exclusive, expansive 3-bedroom beachfront villa in North Side is adorned with elegant furnishings and cutting-edge fixtures, ensuring your ultimate comfort and convenience. A pleasant 50 minute drive from the airport, this house will take your breath away and the views will mesmerise you and entice you to swim, snorkel and relax on the private beach and soak up the sun around the private pool!
Step into this ultra-modern villa boasting a sleek design and a fully equipped modern kitchen outfitted with new appliances, gadgets, and every amenity needed for meal preparation. Entertain in the open-concept living and dining area, perfect for intimate dinners or cozying up with your favorite book while enjoying the large flat-screen TV. With 3 spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a King bed in the Primary bedroom (installed in September 2025), a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and twin beds in the 3rd, that can be converted into a king upon request, everyone will find their perfect retreat!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Two couples traveling together. Plenty of room and can’t beat the views. Snorkeling right off our own beach then into our little pool. Near fun spots on Rum Point and Kiabo. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Which we did a number of times during our stay. Be sure to grocery shop before you come out to the house from the airport. Fosters in Savannah is a good option.

Very clean property and well appointed. Pool was integral to our choosing this property. Upon Saturday arrival the pool clearly needed attention. Emailed Cayman Villas and they said it would be Monday until pool could be serviced. On Monday pool was vacumned but debris remained on the surface and was suspended at different levels in the water. Pool pump circulation was extremely week to nonexistent so skimmer simply did not work. I called the Property Manager and she told me all was good. We waited till Tuesday morning and I called Property Manager again. She complained that she would be charged if the pool folks came back out to check but said she would call the Pool person and call me back. That was the last I heard from her during my trip and the pool issue was never addressed. The microwave stopped heating on Wednesday and I called and emailed her. No response. So Tuesday morning was the last time the Property Manager spoke to me. Trying one last time on Wednesday it appeared the house phone was blocked by the Propery Manager. Phone showed no missed calls from Tuesday morning till Saturday checkout. As a result of the skimmer not working properly a significant amount of floating and suspended debris, to include insects, stayed in the pool for our entire visit. The two ladies in our party never entered the pool so choosing the house for the pool did not pay off.

Villa Esprit was awesome as was Mitzy, who managed the property. The Villa was clean, modern and well equipped (kitchen, beach towels, kayaks, snorkel gear, etc). Perfect for our family of 4. Beach access was unbeatable and the views were fantastic. Overall 5 stars for Villa Esprit and Grand Cayman. Would recommend both and will very likely be back myself.
