Beautiful Updates in 2022! Palms at Wailea #1508 is a recently updated upstairs ocean view 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in the world famous Wailea community villa. Second to none, this is the ultimate condo with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, new tri-zone air conditioning, and complimentary high speed wireless service. Featuring a 250° panoramic view from the lanai encompassing the sweeping ocean, the West Maui mountains, and Haleakala, guests can capture breathtaking photos from the lanai, sunrise to sunset. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.

This north facing unit is breezy and cool and perfectly beachy with Hawaiiana lamps and furniture, bamboo accents, and a collection of artwork from local artists. The master bedroom features a California king bed, and the guest room has two twin Murphy beds. Additionally, there's a sofa sleeper in the living room, accommodating up to 6 people comfortably.
A 7 minute stroll to the lovely Keawakapu Beach, this unit is equipped with sand toys, and snorkel gear so that you can hop down to the beach as soon as you arrive to begin playing in the waves and looking for shells. Plus, it's easy access to restaurants, shops and amazing golf courses.

We rented 2 condos in The Palms for our grown up family of 7. It worked out perfectly with 2 included parking spots and a lower and upper condo unit right by each other. Both with views.

Our vacation rental was lovely. Just some info for future renters. The bedroom with the twin beds can be open to the living space or closed via shutter. So sound does travel even when the shutters are closed. The only issue we had was the pullout couch mattress. My son found it to be uncomfortable. The community is clean and beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and we used it several times which I don’t usually do. Overall, the home was in nice shape, clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked the lanai which sat 6 comfortably for mealsAnd had two chaise chairs. The view is gorgeous!!! I would stay again if not using the pullout couch.

The condo was great. Spacious and well stocked. Great location. Only downside was the pool. It was not conducive to kids- was only 4 ft deep, lots of rules. Music was not allowed at the pool, nor alcohol, Marco Polo, jumping, tossing balls etc. would not stay again with kids.
