My family and I love visiting the Big Island and we had a wonderful stay again this year. Kona Coast vacations was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive. All information was communicated ahead of time and there were no surprises. We love the South Kona area and this condo was perfect for our family of 6. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen needs, towels, linens, toiletries, etc. My favorite parts of the day were waking up and enjoying the ocean view and sounds with my coffee on the lanai and watching the sunset as my boys swam in the pool. Highly recommend this condo. I would stay here again and I would definitely book with Kona Coast Vacations again.

The communication was great! The location was wonderful. My family snorkeled every day. The beach is across the street. There are turtles, fish, octopus. The condo was super comfortable. We were a family of 6 including 2 kids. I definitely recommend staying here.

David at concierge service was excellent. The condo itself was very nice with a short list of deferred maintenance stuff that we left for the owner/operator. The location was great, right across the street from a beach/park area and right off a road that connects easily both N and S. Really fun. Our disappointment was with the management company. Before leaving for HI, we reached out regarding a late checkout as we had a 7pm flight and wanted to have an activity in the morning and be able to shower and change clothes before the flight. We were advised to simply reach out upon arriving in HI. Upon arrival, we contacted the management company and were advised that they had set an appointment to show the condo the afternoon of our departure and could not extend our departure. If they had allowed us to set up a later departure and calender it as such when we first called it would not have been an issue. Most likely they still would have been able to schedule the showing.
