Plenty of room. Well furnished. Nice beach. Great laundry room. Master bathtub and some appliances need updating.

Pros:
.Beautiful view
.Great location in the “quiet end” of 30A
.Well-appointed kitchen
.Comfortable sitting area with lamps (you’d be surprised how many places don’t have lamps for reading).
Cons:
.Dirty rusted luggage carrier
.Ratty welcome mat.
.Bowling alley hallway with worn rugs
.Disgusting bathtubs
.Doesn’t feel clean because it is old and dated
.Controls on dishwasher are worn off such that you have to guess at setting the cycles
.Old washer and dryer
Way over-priced for the condition it’s in. Great potential for someone who wants to make it worthy of its location.
