As you enter this vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a fully renovated full kitchen, dining area, and an elegantly decorated living room that leads to a private balcony with full Gulf views. Relax in the evenings and watch the sunset or stroll down to the beach and walk along the shore. With easy beach access, you should have no problem. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.
The master king suite features a decadent king-size bed, HDTV, and private bathroom. For additional guests, you will find a full bathroom off the common areas, a bunk nook area with a twin over twin bunk, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This spacious condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and also offers a washer and dryer in the unit.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

The condo itself was nice. It was clean and check-in was smooth. We were even able to check in prior to our scheduled time. There are some cosmetic issues that could use attention in the en suite bath and the main bathroom smells like mildew. Also, a broom would be helpful. Unfortunately, the resort fell below expectations. The front door was out of order for two days and the elevators would sporadically need repair. The indoor pool was also randomly closed in the middle of the day. We chose the resort for proximity to the beach and that aspect was great.

Condo was nicely updated, clean and had a great view. Bedding was very comfortable. Only real suggestions/opportunities - could not get bedroom TV to work at all, despite using instructions (batteries dead?). Also, the soundbar in the living room did not appear to work. If these were functional, would have been a flawless experience. One recommendation - the hosts generously provide chairs and umbreallas for the beach. If they included one of those collapsable wagons and perhaps a cooler, it would be the full package. We have already booked our return visit!

Pool needs revamp. Dated and worn down. You get a million codes to enter the building, gym, and pool that changed monthly.... Very annoying to try and remember codes. Provided minimal towels for a condo that slept up to 6 people. Overall quality was poor for the cost but location was great which is what you’re really paying for.
