About this apartment rental
This incredible vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, coffee makers, smart TVs, stocked kitchen and kitchenettes. As a second-story suite, you get beautiful views of the Bear Lake valley and, in some cases, a spectacular view of the mountains! The room is within walking distance of a public beach and all your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town. We have an on-site restaurant (Summit Pizza) that will deliver right to your door.
Suite 202 is a great getaway, perfectly suited for anyone and everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Valley offers. For your ease in planning, here is the layout of each of the bedrooms:
Master: King - sleeps 2
Bedroom #2: Queen + Full pull-out couch - sleeps 4
Bedroom #3: Queen + Full pull-out couch - sleeps 4
Living Room - Queen pull out couch - sleeps 2

I have a house nearby but everyone wanted to be and stay at this unit. I hope to be able to rent it next year as well for my family.

Gorgeous view! Layout is a little odd but it actually worked perfectly for our 3 small groups. Clean, new, and the owner even let us check in early! We'd love to stay here again!

This is a very new, lovely condo with a wonderful view of the lake. Great design and floor plan. VERY close to restaurants/ shops in town. Note: there is not a sandy beach in front of this property, but multiple beaches available a drive away. Could have been cleaner on check in ( food/ crumbs in dresser drawers, food or sand? on bathroom floor, water stains on shower doors). We had 5 people in unit w/ 3 bathrooms that sleeps 12 & ran out of hot water a couple of times.

This was a beautiful room, worth every penny. The only complaint i have is there was a property managers number listed but she said she couldnt bring us extra blankets. There was 13 of us and only 4 blankets. I had to go buy 3 blankets. There was no coffee pot either. But other than that it was a really nice unit and we got a good deal.
