Pad One has enough room for a family and is perfect for business trips or get togethers. The sleek theme, lofty thirteen-foot tiled ceilings, and open layout create a unique space anyone can enjoy. The eight-foot restored front windows overlook Main Street from the second floor and add a modern style and provide great natural lighting.

From time to time I find myself traveling back to Keokuk to see friends. After staying at Ginny’s place I know I will never stay anywhere else. Very clean, spacious, super nice kitchen area, comfy bed. Plus she left us vouchers for breakfast in the coffee shop below. We loved the fact that an old building had been renovated and saved. And our loft unit was designed with that in mind. See you again Ginny!

Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself! I digress...Lily Pad 1 was very comfortable and the communication with the owner was great. The only thing that may be a deterrent for some is the stairway. It is beautifully done, however, if someone could not do stairs, I don't believe there is another way to access. Other than that, the owner was very helpful and full of information! Plus the Coffee shop below was a fabulous breakfast spot! Thank you! I hope to return again
