Running in front of the property is also the Cedar Valley Nature Trail, which connects 50+ miles of bike trails from the Cedar Valley to Cedar Rapids. Other nearby amenities include shopping malls, dining, and nightlife. Easy access to nearby highways makes easy travel to the University of Northern Iowa and other nearby attractions.
Parking for multiple cars in the large driveway. The Cedar Valley Nature Trail makes walking, biking, or use of electric scooters an easy way to travel to and from the Theme/Water Park, Casino, and golf course.

Lots of space and beds. We really appreciated that, in addition to the beds and a pull-out couch (which all together totaled the 16 people the property says it sleeps), there were two air mattresses in one of the closets. Also, there was plenty of extra bedding (pillows, blankets, sheets). The pool water was clean, as was the hot tub. The layout of the house is a bit inconvenient, like having to walk through a couple of the bedrooms to get to the other side of the house, but there are a lot of doors so you can go outside to go around if needed to avoid disturbing the room occupants. This was no problem for us as the weather was nice but could be inconvenient in winter. Kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with necessities. There were two toilet/sink-only bathrooms, one bathroom with an oddly-shaped but functional shower, and a master bath with a huge shower and Jacuzzi. Very convenient location. Overall pleased with our stay and would rent again.
