First time to the Bahama's and let me say Exuma did not disappoint. My family and I stayed for 5 nights. We loved the island, the people, and the beaches. The home was ok, but not exactly what we were looking for. A few things that would improve the stay. More comfortable mattresses, a functioning / clean hot tub or get rid of it, and a sliding door that feels secure at night and will lock properly when we you leave during the day. The tub shower did not drain good enough. Great location! There is no beach access, which is stated in the listing. The view of the ocean is incredible. Great chairs for coffee or cigar at night. The stars and waves feel like they are right on top of you. They do have some board games, but pieces are missing, so you may want to bring a few. We explored Stockton Island. Hoopers Beach, The Tropic of Cancer, Flamingo Beach, Jolly Beach, Cocoplum Beach, and North Point. All were amazing and some of the best beaches we have ever been to. The catamaran to swim with the pigs is a must. We took Exuma Water Sports 1/2 day and loved it! Restaurants in the area are ok and really pricey for what you get. One of our best nights was cooking in. (food from the meat market near GT) Would I stay there again, only if they made the changes listed. If not, I would not. I will say we spent the last 2 nights in Nassau at Atlantis and all I could think about was going back to that house and Exuma. Skip Nassau, go to Exuma. Hope this helps.

This is a great place to stay, the view is spectacular. The place was perfect. Only complaint we have was the hot tub, our first night it worked perfect at first went to get in the second time it had an electrical current going thru it, shocked us. It eventually quit working. The car was the most convenient and worth every penny! You have all the dishes you need and Seasonings! We loved it! We will be back within a few months to this same place! Dorothy was excellent answered all my questions very quickly which made me feel at ease! As 2 woman traveling alone together, we felt extremely safe. Not one worry at all!

First of all the property location and views are 5 stars. The car is a plus also. Sadly, the rest of the property was not 5 stars for me. There is a tad of disappointment these issues were not mentioned in reviews. The sofa was not comfortable and not welcoming to sit and relax. It is basically a settee. I would have loved a comfy sofa to sit on with the sea breeze blowing. The TVs were almost smaller than the wall racks that held them. This is not important unless you have rain or high winds and need to stay inside.The beds....not my favorite but the bedding was the worse. Cheap micro fiber sheets and comforters did not match the beautiful view and not a very expensive upgrade to make a good rental a wonderful rental. The showers were horrible. Water barely came out and for someone that has a lot of hair I had to lean up to the wall to get water on my head. Nice fixture but no pressure. The outside was not cleaned as there was empty beer bottles at the firepit. Lastly, we did not get to enjoy the hot tub as we were shocked when we tried to get in the water. My husband looked and the electrical under the deck was exposed. We were afraid to get back in. I would have reached out but we were only there 3 nights and did not expect it could be fixed before we checked out. Bottom line, just a few upgrades and this could be an absolute wonderful experience. The property needs new seating, bigger tvs, bedding, hot tub electrical fixed and better shower pressure.

The description and pictures of the property are accurate. There is no beach access, but the direct ocean view is absolutely stunning. The hot tub is great. A rental car is a must for exuma, so having one included was very convenient.
