What a beautiful house, catering for the entire family! Near new three bedroom house with stunning views over the lake and ocean. Spacious, comfortable and very well appointed.
Open plan living room with floor to ceiling windows to take in the views.
Electric space heating, flow through and fan cooling. Full sized gas stove. Modern fridge freezer and dishwasher. Microwave. Aldi Coffee Pod Machine. A cook's kitchen with the best view at the sink!
Plenty of down lighting, TV with surround system, DVD and VCR.
3 bedrooms - Sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people.

Pets by special appointment only (small dog) A bond will be requested. Completely fenced back yard.
Situated 100 metres from the lake you can walk your kayak, canoe or stand up paddle board down to the lake for some fitness or adventure. Cast a lure from the small beach 150 metres away and catch a bream or flathead for dinner.
A short drive or an easy walk to beaches, bowling club, golf course and town centre.
Ample room for parking. Jetty available at a charge of $20 per day.

Visited for 4 nights in Autumn with my mother and three children (7, 4 and 9 months). The photos of the view simply do not do it justice. Positioned at the end of a quiet court, we didn't hear a sound beside the birdlife and water the whole time we were there. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the house and maintenance of the yard. Kitchen was well appointed with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stovetop and plenty of kitchenware for the family. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans, wall heaters and TV in every bedroom plus the lounge (free-to-air only, not that you need anything else given the surroundings). We opted to pay for linen and towels and found the hosts receptive and always fast to respond. I packed my own portacot. Only other consideration with a young child would be that there is no bathtub (we used the deep laundry trough) or high chair. Yard and deck both well fenced/gated and safe for pets or toddlers. Would return.
