The porch and deck are the best places to enjoy a coffee, cocktail, or night of grilling, while five comfortable bedrooms give everyone a space to call their own.
The primary suite features a king bed and private bath with a shower/tub combo. You’ll find two queen rooms upstairs with another full-sized shared bathroom, as well as two more queen beds on the lower level (also featuring a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub).

This house is spacious and clean, in a good location to get to Asheville. Fairview has some breweries and restaurants too. This is a pet friendly property which is always a plus. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults to hang out without feeling cramped. 2 living areas with TVs. This house is well stocked with the essentials. All 3 showers were nice. The only downside: some of the couches and beds were saggy and uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed this wonderful peaceful home!We stayed at the Asheville Cottage in Fairview, NC, from May 17, 2026-May 21, 2026.It was a beautiful home, quiet and clean. It was also very spacious with 5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms, which was more than enough for four women, who were there for a 3 day seminar at the Cove, in Asheville, NC. We also welcomed the two sitting areas, one upstairs and one in the basement. Such warms spaces for fellowship.This home was a great space for a respite.The only negative that we had, was that to our surprise the garage door was open when we began to pack our car to leave. That was a bit unsettling because we knew that we had not opened it. We later realized that the garbage can had been taken up the hill to the curb and so we assumed the owner had left the garage open. It would have been nice to have had some type of notification before hand, so that we were not left wondering how did it get open. With that said, we highly recommend this home for a beautiful, clean, relaxing stay.

The property was great for our purposes. We had multiple family members and there was enough space to meet together but also for people to have privacy when needed. The only suggestion I have is to stock the cabinets with more basic spices, oil vinegar, foil and plastic wrap. There was barely any salt and pepper, which was a bit of a surprise!
