This pet friendly features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is an ideal location for a small family or two couples and your fur children! The location is close to area bike and hiking trails. The living room is equipped with smart TV for streaming entertainment, a foosball coffee table and a gas fireplace for cozy winter nights. A pull out sofa provides an extra bedding option. A large deck with a gas grill compliments this home and provides a great space for evening meals in the summer. The large lot is perfect for both children and pets to romp in the snow. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an attached bathroom and the second bedroom is equipped with a full size bed. This home is nothing fancy - but it is a family budget friendly experience - within minutes of all South Lake Tahoe has to offer! Great, nice quiet area to walk your dogs. Loved the open floor plan as well. The backyard was one of the reasons we chose this house but the snow wasn’t plowed making it a bit of a workout shoveling our way out to an open area to let our dogs enjoy back there.
