Updated pictures to come of the new Pool with tanning ledge and 10 person hot tub, top of the line outdoor grilling area with outdoor fridge, all new patio furniture, fire pit and queen over queen bunkbed. This modern house is nestled quaintly into an old Florida back drop with sprawling oak trees decorated in Spanish moss. Looking for a few more bedrooms? We have a house right next door on the water that can be rented with this house for a fun family reunion, a wedding venue on the water with bride and groom houses, corporate retreat and more!

House Rules:
• No Parties, no extra guests
• No Smoking or vaping inside
• No Use of Spray/Rub Self Tanner, Glitter or Hair dye
• Use black washcloths for makeup removal
• Do not leave minors home alone
• Damaged linens will be charged for replacement
• Be respectful and responsible renters
• Report anything that needs attention
-Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Young Adults 21-24 will be considered and rented to upon approval and with a responsible parent co-signing the rental agreement.
-Hurricane - If an evacuation is ordered you must leave and follow evacuation routes. If one is not ordered you are allowed to stay knowing that the host/owner will hurricane proof the house (bring all outside furniture and equipment) for hurricanes with a rating of 3 or higher.
-Early check-in is possible, additional fees may apply.

Stayed here for a week with my family and we loved it. Beautiful home inside and out. Teen/young adult kids loved the enclosed pool. Quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach. Hosts are very responsive, we didn’t have any issues but I’m sure if we did they would have been addressed promptly.
