Villa Iperion is located in Agia Triada, a small and scenic village 11 kilometers away from Rethymno and 4 kilometers from the beach. In the peace and quiet of the
countryside, this cozy house with a stunning sea and island view is the perfect place to stay for families and couples who want to enjoy serene surroundings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxed walks and hiking in nature nearby.
Walkers, hikers and cyclists love this area because of its many trails, treks and gorges. Near the property there’s also the lovely Agreco Farm with an olive press, watermill, general store, wine cellar and much more.
Agia Triada will make sure your trip is filled with fun times spent with loved ones while also giving you ample opportunity to explore Crete’s natural beauty by foot or bicycle.
Villa Iperion is a semi-detached house and consists of four spacious apartments with a shared pool and an outdoor shower just steps away from the apartment to relax while enjoying the magnificent view surrounded by hills and olive trees. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, living room and fully equipped open-air kitchen with all the necessary appliances you need to prepare delicious meals while enjoying time together with family and friends. There is a sofa in the living room that turns into a bed to support accommodation for additional visitor or for the family to relax.
Our aim is to provide a high quality personal service for our guests. We are there for whatever you may need and wish you to feel “At Home” while on holiday. Telephone contact can be made as often as necessary. We are always close at hand and ready to help

This is an exclusive location very close to the pretty traditional village of Ag. Triada with magnificent views overlooking Rethymno’s north coast. Surrounded by rolling hills covered with olive groves, the position is rural and quiet with the advantage of being close to the larger villages of Adele and Pigi, where all amenities such as a tavernas, cafes, mini market, shops, butchers, bakers etc. are available. A short drive will bring you to beaches and all the facilities on offer for holidays and just 12km on a good road will bring you to the centre of the historic town of Rethymno. Both Heraklion and Hania airports are approximately 1 hour by car.

After a small adventure to find the location (we arrived very late in the night) everything was found as described. Wonderfull view to the coast, located at the edge of olive trees, very calm and relaxing, with more equipment in the flat as you would normally expect, very clean with all services. Best experience was breakfast on the terasse with wonderfull view at nice temperatures (27-29 degrees). We are sure to come back next year. Crete surroundings: wow!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is a quiet and nice place. The view from the porch is awesome. It is a little bit hard to find, but with GPS it works quite well. we definetly recommend this place when you want to get away from the touristic places in Crete.

I had a really great time at my stay at this villa for 11 days in August. The mountainous location can be challenging to get to (make sure you prepare your route in advance), but it's a suitable price to pay for some brilliant rural scenery with olive trees, rolling hills, and the sea. The nearby town of Rethymno is perfectly placed for day trips to tourist attractions in both North Western and North Eastern parts of Crete. The apartment in the villa is well styled, very clean, and brightly lit. Cleaning lady came around to service our apartment twice during our 11 day stay, and all cleaning equipment was also provided for self service in between. Facilities at the apartment were well modern and well maintained, incuding free fast WiFI, satellite TV, coffee maker, etc. The iron was missing initially, but provided very promptly on request. An internet outage overnight was quickly resolved early in the next day. Although the pillows were very soft and good, two of the three matresses had noticeable springs and felt uncomfortable - I'd recommend that these are replaced with firmer mattresses. Patio area has a seating table, barbeque grill provided, and a swimming pool right outside. The pool seemed a bit on the small side, but it was clean and regularly serviced. There's no shallow end, so make sure you bring your armbands for younger children.

My husband, two children and I stayed at Villa Iperion for three weeks in July-August. Although we had clear instructions on how to get to the villa, we got a little lost upon exiting the highway but recovered our path quickly and arrived at what would be our vacation premises for the next three weeks. Upon arrival we found our fridge stocked up with the basics and that was a blessing as we could just ease into our stay at the villa before rushing to the supermarket. The Cretan Raki, a true reflection of Cretan hospitality, was divine. The breathtaking view of blue sea, the scents from the local plants in the garden, and the solitude were just what we needed to kick off our family vacation. Although the villa is on the small side it functionally contains all the required amenities to make ones stay enjoyable and comfortable. Fortunately we only had one family staying at the adjacent villa which meant the shared pool was pretty much to ourselves. Our children and their cousins, who live nearby, enjoyed it thoroughly. After a few days it literally felt like coming home from our daily adventures. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the entire company is very professional and made sure all our needs were met. Thank you Stavro, and Stelio and our wonderful cleaning lady Ida, and the always on the go maintenance man Kosta! You have all helped create a very memorable vacation for us. Please keep and eye on the two stray dogs in the area. They were inseparable and it was a pleasure to take care of them.
