Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Giulio hat uns eine Stunde Wissenswertes über Opatija mitgeteilt. Zudem hatte er gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet ausreichend Platz auch für vier Personen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der eigene Parkplatz bietet selbst für einen VW-Kleinbus Platz. Dies ist in Opatija wichtig. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die Stadt ist atemberaubend. Nette Geste das reife und frische Obst auf dem Esstisch. Die Küche ist toll bestückt. Etwas Laufen sollte man können. Ca. 50 - 60 Höhenmeter zum Strand. Entfernung 500 - 800 m.

Большой, красивый и очень уютный дом в ретро-стиле. Есть балкон с прекрасным видом на море, кондиционер, ванная комната и полностью оборудованная кухня — есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Отдельное спасибо приветливой и гостеприимной хозяйке, которая говорит по-немецки. Нас особенно приятно удивил большой приветственный подарок: фрукты и разные напитки, которые уже ждали нас охлаждёнными в холодильнике. За всё время путешествий мы впервые встретили настолько щедрый и заботливый приём!
Расположение тоже отличное: до пляжа около 5 минут пешком, а до центра Опатии — примерно 15 минут. Всё очень удобно.
Нам всё понравилось, существенных недостатков не заметили.

Los dueños eran súper amables. Nos ayudaron con cualquier cosa. El alojamiento es bastante central a pocos minutos caminando se estaba en cualquier lado. Teníamos un parking privado para el coche y prácticamente no hacía falta sacar el coche.

Spectacular sea view from the rooms and from the balcony. Super clean flat. Very nice hosts. Close to the beach.
The road in front of the house gets busy and noisy sometimes. But all other aspects of the apartment counterbalance this.
