Quaint little 3 bedroom holiday accommodation close to the water and walking distance to the Raymond Island ferry. This Cottage would suit a small budget-conscious family, wanting to get away for a weekend or longer stay. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, huge backyard for the kids to run wild and play with the dog, great BBQ area, and lovely garden. So close to the ferry, you won't need the car if you wanted to dine in Paynesville, a very relaxing tranquil spot on Raymond Island.

A lovely, well equipped clean little house that was let down by lack of attention from the property managers. When we arrived there was no power and no directions for turning it on. After searching throughout the house we found the fuse box and were able to flick all of the switches, but only half the power came on. This required a number of phone calls to the out-of-hours contact who was very responsive and eventually helped us to get all of the power on. I expected that the power would have been turned on in advance of our visit. There was a lot of 'propaganda' about the generous welcome basket of tea and coffee etc, but there was nothing provided. This was a disappointment, as there are no shops on the island.
