About this cabin rental
Wake up to one of the best views in North Georgia: the hazy blue Appalachian range on one side, the glisten of Lake Burton on the other, both visible from your bed, the porch, or the wrap-around deck. Just a 7-mile drive into Clayton, but it feels like the middle of nowhere in the best way.
Sleeps 8 — 2 bedrooms with queen beds (top level), 1 lower-level bedroom with 2 double futons

Wrap-around porch (main level) + upper porch, both with mountain/lake views
Full kitchen, fireplace, central heat/air, washer/dryer, WiFi, Wood floors throughout, ceiling fans in every room
This is a working mountain retreat, not a staged photo set — birds at the feeders, flying squirrels at dusk, cicadas to fall asleep to. Mornings bring fog lifting off the lake; evenings bring a sky that goes pink and gold over the ridgeline. Bring binoculars for the hummingbirds and the Appalachian Trail in the distance.
Everything you need is here: full kitchen, three full baths so nobody's waiting in line, games for rainy afternoons, and enough porch seating that the whole group can spread out with a view. Guests keep telling us the same thing: it feels like coming home to a place they've never lived.

I stay in a lot of VRBO houses all over the South East and none of them have ever been perfect, but my own house isn't perfect so I would never hold that against someone that has 100s of people stay in their home. The price is fair, location for what I needed was amazing. The view is spectacular. I would definitely stay their again.
