Very centralized location. We'd enjoy hosting yourself, family or friends. End unit, very quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's with an Amazon Firestick, so enjoy logging in and watching your shows or movies. Yes, we have wifi. Cameras at each entry facing outside. Pets should be leased when outside.

Clean, quiet while central and connected to community. Private green space on the back patio, access to the community pool provides nice reset option to unwind. Beach Heaven Vinyard is close with low cost entertainment options and excellent wines, also live event if you wish to experience those. The townhouse itself had everything needed to have a home away from home for the week, well kept, clean, and stocked with essential items. It is notable how private the house itself feels, no outside noise noticed. I may book this or other properties by the same host again. Great value for the very reasonable price. Yes, the host was very nice. Sheets need updating, very pilled! Need more detailed instructions. Password for WiFi had capital, was not needed, all small. Instructions on how to lock the front door.Informed host, we could not lock the door.
