EXCEUTIVE SUITE WITH 2 BEDROOMS, THEATER ROOM W/55" TV, BATH W/ SHOWER, NEW KITCHEN MICROWAVE, KERUG, TOASTER & FRIDGE, SINK AND. COOK TOP. PRIVATE ENTRANCE WITH CODE LOCK. HEAT AND A/C. LARGE LIBRARY, FAST WI-FI. VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1,070 sq ft., 2ND FLOOR OF A 15 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THERE ARE 16 STEPS UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO I-75, LEE UNIVERSITY AND ACCESS TO MANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 4 RECLINERS THAT ADULTS OR CHILDREN CAN SLEEP IN. THERE IS A 10' x 18' OUTDOOR SEATING AREA WITH A GAS BBQ. EXCELLENT FOR LONG-TERM STAYS. FOR EACH GUEST AFTER 5, THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER NIGHT.

What a fun place to stay! It had everything to make our stay comfortable and complete. We only wish we had more time to spend in it!

Everything was clean. It has 18 steps to get to the unit which is above the owner’s house.
