About this apartment rental
Our second floor, beachfront condo has a pool and a view of Chistiansted, Buck Island and our beautiful coral-filled beach shore.
We are located in a great, residential quiet neighborhood. La Grande Princess is close to everywhere you need to see or do on the island.
Our shoreline is a nice "walking beach" and requires shoes for you to navigate. The beach view from our balcony is relaxing and mesmerizing. There is a beautiful, white sandy, "bathing" beach ~ a 2 min drive from our condo.
Christiansted with its nightlife and shopping is ~ a short 10 min drive away. There are also many other gloriously beautiful beaches and tasty restaurants scattered all over the island.
July to September is a great time for a summer vacation in the Caribbean. However, it can also be a time of seaweed bloom. Seaweed bloom times and significance are determined by Mother Nature. Unfortunately, we do not have control. So, due to this possibility, we offer our condo at a discounted rate during seaweed season. We do not offer a refund due to seaweed.

We had a wonderful week at this condo in early June 2026. We were concerned about the seaweed but other than a slight eyesore, it wasn’t bothersome - we only had one morning after a rain with a slight smell. The outdoor space was a highlight enjoying sunny warm mornings and sunset drinks. Comfy and clean couches. Location was easy to get to town and everything felt only 20 minutes away. The condo is VERY well equipped. There were games, the 3 tvs had streaming, and binoculars. The kitchen had great basics and pots and pans as well as a blender. There are ice trays as well as ice packs for the cooler. Two soft side coolers (we used daily but both were unable to close due to salt corrosion). There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels. 4 beach chairs (one was broken however) and an umbrella (we didn’t need the umbrella as all the beaches had ample shade).We had heard the condo had snorkel gear. There were two masks and one set of flippers. But the flipper straps were broken and unusable and one of the mask straps were broken. We used the single mask as needed and would have just rented if we were passionate about snorkeling.Note the AC is locked to not go lower than 73 degrees. This wasn’t an issue for us but did not match the house information provided ahead of time. AC is extremely expensive and we wanted to be conscious so we were sure to shut the blinds before leaving for the day. This greatly helped. Overall 10/10 of a place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great property with wonderful views. Host was very informative and no problems with directions or the condo itself. Great location, a little off the main road but within 20 minutes anywhere on the island.

Fantastic week away! The sound of the ocean waves was so relaxing. Great condo. Has everything you need. Would stay again.
