This Hosteeva studio is located on the 16th floor of the Breakers Boutique Resort and includes an ocean-front balcony, relaxing pools, and other amazing amenities for a fun-filled vacation. You'll be located on the wide stretches of beach literally steps to the pool and ocean.
When you are ready for your lunch or snack, world-class cuisine is available on site - you won't even have to venture out from the resort to enjoy some delicious food and drinks.
The oceanfront condo has a wonderful list of onsite water attractions that are sure to cool you down. Enjoy your time at the pools, tanning lawn, and hot tubs. Spend your evenings by the oceanfront fire pit or watch amazing sunsets from your balcony.

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Please note that motorcycles are not allowed on the hotel premises.
• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

I was very pleased with the property. It was perfect for a quick get away for 2 people. They were also very helpful to correct a problem with the building. I would book again with them.

Room was too small and hard to move around with suitcases & bags on floor. Pictures online definitely make it seem like you have more space including balcony. Only had two people can’t imagine how much more uncomfortable we would be with more than 2
