The house and all of the outside facilities were amazing! We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly addressed. Unfortunately the direct next door neighbors were doing pool maintenance (including jackhammers) 5/6 days of our trip, which made the pool a lot less enjoyable but that was just bad luck for us. We would definitely stay again on another trip and hope we have better luck on construction- outside of construction the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay at island oasis. The home is gorgeous, well cared for, has a great layout, and is well stocked. The location was also fantastic; just a short drive to Kona or captain cook. The kids had a blast in the pool while the adults enjoyed the loungers, view, and amazing nature sounds (birds by day, frogs at night). Highly recommend.

When we arrived the air conditioner was not working well. I called the emergency number and they walked me through resetting the breakers. All was great after that. Having an immediate contact was great.
