Located on the second floor – with both elevator access and stairs – this 818 square foot one bedroom vacation condo looks out over our resorts well-manicured gardens. Furnished with island style décor, the living room includes a flat screen TV, sofabed, and a dining area. Enjoy the convenience of our fully-equipped kitchen which includes a four-range stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, dishware, and cookware. Sleeps up to 4 with a Queen bed and a sofabed.

While many travelers opt for the pricey, mega resorts in Kaanapali and nearby Wailea, Kihei offers a more affordable and diverse Maui experience. Kamaole Sands, located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, is among Kihei’s most highly-rated and popular condo resorts. And for good reason. Along with its beautiful gardens, fountains, and ponds, Kamaole Sands offers a pool area, hot tub, and tennis courts.

Nice condo. Very convenient.

Unfortunately this unit is very dated and needs a lot of updating. The kitchen is not updated as it says in the ad. The fold-out couch has a note saying it’s been broken since August 2018.
The unit also needs a very thorough cleaning. It certainly wasn’t cleaned very well for our stay.
Lastly, there are no beach chairs, umbrella or boogie boards in the unit. We have stayed in other units in this complex and they all provide these beach necessities.
