We had an excellent stay at Gaelle/Simon's place. The apt is perfect for a short or long visit to Angouleme. We used the place for a couple weeks base camp while in the area.The apt has a full kitchen that we used quite a bit. There is also A/C for those warm days. The apt also has a bonus office room.The shower room is a good size and there is also a separate W/C that has an additional sink.There is a small TV with Netflix and local stations.It is up a full flight of stairs - we are seniors but had no trouble with the stairs.It is also very close to several restaurants and the big Angouleme market, but still very quiet at night.We really liked the apt - we wish all vrbo's were this comfy!Merci beaucoup !!!

The property is perfect, exactly as shown, and equipped with everything you need. It’s in the perfect location with a secure parking space nearby. The host was very communicative and very helpful.
