About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr Agency is offering this charming 105 m² flat in Narbonne for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, and two bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
Building work in a neighbouring property, scheduled from early September until the end of November 2026, may cause occasional noise disturbance.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with a TV, sofas and a portable air-conditioner available for use
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed (90×190)
- A utility room with a toilet and a washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Three small balconies overlooking the Canal du Midi, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in the heart of Narbonne, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market (Les Halles)...
