Your beach chairs are already set up. The bikes are ready. Rosemary Beach is one block away. All you have to do is show up. Welcome to Our Happy Place, our family's 2-bedroom condo at High Pointe Resort, perfectly situated on 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We designed this space to give your family exactly what we want when we vacation: zero friction, maximum memory-making. Immaculately maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and personally managed by us, not a property management company.

◆Open-concept living room. 65" TV, comfortable seating, room to gather
◆Private balcony. Pool views, perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-down
◆Full conveniences. Central heat/air, washer & dryer, iron/ironing board, keyless entry

**Good to Know Before You Book**
◆ Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
◆ Booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay
◆ No pets
◆ No parties or loud celebrations
◆ No smoking or vaping
◆ A short property-specific rental agreement is required after booking
◆ Refundable Security Hold:** A $300 credit card authorization hold is required for all reservations. **This is NOT a charge** and no money is collected unless documented damage occurs. The hold is placed shortly before arrival and released after checkout following inspection.
◆ Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:
• Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags
• Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent
• Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, sugar substitute)
• Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed

Awesome place that was easy for our family of 6 to walk to nearby restaurants/attractions, along with being steps to the beach/pool. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful! Condo is beautifully and so stylishly redone, sparkling clean and the High Pointe location can’t be beat- on the beach with a gorgeous uncrowded lagoon pool and a casual beachfront eatery on the private walkover. Right next to Rosemary Beach- walk to all the restaurants (and ice cream shops!). We’ve been coming to High Pointe and Rosemary for more than 25 years and this was a perfect stay. Over the past few years, we’ve been increasingly disappointed with the price increases, maintenance issues, general wear and tear and limited options for a group of 3 or 4 at Rosemary Beach cottage rentals as well as the increasingly crowded pools there. Happy to return to High Pointe and this lovely condo. Owner was communicative, easy to work with and left no detail out. Book a stay here and enjoy!!
